Leading supplier of renewables and heating products for the domestic market, Daikin UK, has been nominated for two categories in the forthcoming CORGI awards.

Daikin UK, supplier of the MCS accredited Daikin Altherma range of air source heat pumps, has been nominated in both the Green Manufacturer and the Heating Manufacturer categories.

These categories are uniquely judged by heating and plumbing companies in an online voting system, which is open now until 12 August. In order to be eligible to vote companies must be a member of at least one of the following professional bodies: CIPHE, CORGI, Gas Safe, MCS or OFTEC. Voters then rate the business across five criteria: Installability, Quality, Reliability, Technical Support and Value.

A shortlist in each category will be announced on 1st September and the winner, to be announced at a star-studied gala dinner at the Ricoh Stadium in Coventry, will be the entrant with the highest average rating, but must have received a minimum of 200 ratings to qualify.

Hosted on Thursday 9th September at the heart of the InstallerLive show, The CORGI Awards has firmly established itself over the last six years as 'the one to win' in the heating, plumbing & renewables industry.
